so i was reading today that lamborghini becasue they are down 30%, the wait time on a new one is less than six months. they say they do not expect production levels to get back until 2012. this puts a damper on lambo fans especially since their largest dealer shut down in nov 08. now this does not affect me since i never buy brand, but it will be interesting to see if they back off any of their marketing. that what i look for from manfacturers. how well are you marketing your product to creat demand. if they do good, people want to drive which cause them to want to rent one. now in a different zip code; the four season hotel george in paris has just unveiled their new hermes custom rolls royce phantom. the car apparently has a star lit roof, giving homage to the city of lights and they trained five drivers to spcifically handle this car. to be picked up at the airport it will run you a grand, and for day trips it cost just 5 grand. not too shabby.
